Hi everyone, this is Chuck, Rosa’s campaign manager. I have had this position since 2004 and was very excited that Rosa invited me back. There have been many changes since 2004 but what remains constant is Rosa’s commitment to her constituents. She cherishes fighting for you in Washington.

Our campaign is always jam-packed with events because Rosa values communicating with her constituents in all 25 towns. This year’s campaign will be no different. From Stratford to Middletown and Waterbury to New Haven, Rosa and our staff will be busy meeting with the great people of the 3rd Congressional District.If the energy level from this week’s Jefferson Jackson Bailey Dinner is any indication of what’s going to happen in November, we are poised to maintain our five seats in the House, keep both Senate seats and win the Governor’s mansion.
